About Alphabet Soup

Sopa de letrinhas é uma espécie de sopa contendo letras moldada como as letras do alfabeto latino, embora outros alfabetos são utilizados. No sentido metafórico, um alfabeto sopa é uma abundância de abreviaturas ou siglas.

Alphabet soup is a kind of soup containing noodles shaped like the letters of the Latin alphabet although other alphabets are used in regional variants. In the metaphorical sense, an alphabet soup is an abundance of abbreviations or acronyms.

Atualmente trabalho para uma empresa no Rio de Janeiro como Analista de Sistemas prestando consultoria para Petrobras.
Nos últimos 10 anos tive o privilégio de fazer parte de muitos projetos envolvendo tecnologia web.

I am currently systems analyst for a company in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working to Petrobras.
For the last 10 years I have been privileged to be a part of several projects involving web technology.
My focus has often been on the front-end, using XHTML, CSS and JavaScript/DOM, XSLT, XML, but I am now fully engaged in the use of server-side technologies.
